Both early and late fall terms take up Part Four: Massaging Mind of The Joy of Being. We are encouraged to make Kum Nye our constant companion. Practice and study teach us how to smooth the jagged energies of body and mind, protecting us against negativity and discouragement without and within. We can nourish ourselves and bring ease to the mind.
