Since 1998 I have been living on the west coast of Ireland overlooking the Atlantic. I came here to learn to meditate and Kum Nye has been my constant essential companion for this ongoing journey to mental & physical stillness & clarity. I was authorised to teach Kum Nye by Arnaud Maitland in 2019 and am joining this program as a student to further understand how to practice, embody & share.
