Hi! My name is Elizabeth Morris and I live near the Twin Cities in Minnesota with my husband, 4-year-old daughter, and dog named Moose. I am a clinical social worker with a focus on somatic/body-based therapies for trauma and resilience with my individual adult and couples clients. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I was a hospital chaplain for end-of-life care, massage therapist, and yoga teacher. I am so excited for this training and the ways that Kum Nye could help to deepen relaxation and self-generating massage practices both personally and for my clients and community.
