In appreciation for this space to grow and share. I'm an internationally certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor and Tibetan Buddhist practicing in the Sakya Lineage with an attitude of open-ness for all lineages. I'm also a poet, with a chapbook and a full length collection. In this phase of life I'm enjoying immensely the elements, long friendships, presence. And I work guiding others in "Embodiment Process Work" and do editing of sacred texts for the Namchak Foundation. May all beings be at ease.
