Practicing each day – or most days as you can – already is helpful and encourages the flow of feeling to unfold. Try out those shorter sessions! Also, having a regular time and a dedicated space/place dedicated to practice, may allow a deepening of experience. Please explore with kindness and curiosity, whatever you do.

I remember Arnaud Maitland encouraged a 5 times 5 approach. It is meditating (or maybe relaxation exercises, i don’t quite remember) 5 times a day for only 5 minutes each time… He said that anyone can find 5 minutes during the day, so it’s for the busy people. I was fascinated how much of a difference it makes to just consciously breathe for 5 minutes during the day. I think whatever works for you is good 🙂

Really good point, Olenana. So much of the time we “wait” for the perfect practice conditions to be available, enough ‘time’, the ‘right’ space etc, when in our daily lives there is so much we can do right now to relax, be in touch with ourselves and open our awareness in the process.
