It’s a good point that just jumping into meditation is difficult with anxiety. I usually start with one or two exercises first, and only then meditative state arises… But these are wonderful tips to add to the arsenal 🙂
What I’ve been wondering is if there are any specific exercises aimed at anxiety relief.. But from my experience – it is, basically, all of them.
I’d start with the big, flowing movements, then with breath, and definitely Belly massage – that massage is definitely helpful for anxiety done on a regular basis.
