I'm a UKCP-accredited Mindfulness-based psychotherapist based in London, UK. Also Co-founder of the mental health non-profit organisation Safely Held Spaces, lead Psychotherapist to the author and lucid dreaming teacher Charlie Morley - we run workshops and sleep studies for those with complex trauma and post-traumatic stress in conjunction with the Institute of Noetic Sciences in San Francisco. I'm currently undertaking Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga) teacher training with the Nyingma Institute in Berkley, California. I'm also a Senior Producer with Sky News, a lay preacher with the United Reformed Church and a keen marathon runner.
