Help Expand Access to Kum Nye Teachings in 2026

Dear Kum Nye Practitioner,

With the start of 2026, we are pleased to launch a new campaign in support of two cornerstone programs: Joy of Being Teacher Training, now entering its second term, and Kum Nye Level One Teacher Training, which will begin this August.

Our goal is to raise $2,500 to provide discretionary awards to certified teachers to offset their teaching and program implementation expenses. These modest awards will enable them to bring these teachings to individuals and communities with an acute need. It will also help ensure that financial barriers do not limit access to Kum Nye’s benefits and practices that foster well-being, presence, and compassion.

Thanks to the dedication of our teaching community, Kum Nye has already reached thousands of people across four continents.  As you know from your own experience, Kum Nye offers profound benefits, and we are committed to expanding its availability around the world.

To help us build momentum, the first gift of $250 to the Kum Nye Teacher Training Support Fund will be matched dollar for dollar, doubling its impact. We warmly invite you to consider whatever level of contribution feels meaningful to you. Donations are fully tax-deductible in the United States of America, and can be made directly to the Nyingma Institute, an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization via this Paypal link:

Checks can also be sent with a note to:  KNTT Support Fund and attn: Hyeryun Park, Nyingma Institute, 1815 Highland Place, Berkeley CA 94709.

Your generosity supports teachers and practitioners alike, helping these vital and precious teachings reach those who need them most.

Thank you for your practice, your commitment, and your support.

With gratitude,
