One thing I love about Kum Nye, Jonathan, is that the instructions are sometimes so intriguing that we are encouraged to find our own way with them. I had never “thought” about breathing in the mind with this instruction & now I can’t wait to try it. Instead I have done the opposite-imagining the worries, thoughts, images “traveling down, as it were, to the throat and the body where the physical breath is moving & massages the mental images….bringing the “mind into the body”.
